How to create and manage a structured folder system in the Vasion Print Admin Console.

How to create a folder

New Button

  1. In the folder tree, select the location where you want to create the new folder.
  2. Select the New button at the top, then select Folder.
  3. In the Name field, give the folder a unique name. This the name also displays in the Self-service Portal.
  4. If you want to hide this folder so it doesn't display in the Self-service Portal, select Hide folder from PrinterLogic Portal. For more details, see Portal Security.
  5. Select Add.

Context Menu

  1. Rght-click on the location where you want to create the new folder.
  2. Select New thenFolder.
  3. In the Name field, give the folder a unique name. This the name also displays in the Self-service Portal.
  4. If you want to hide this folder so it doesn't display in the Self-service Portal, select Hide folder from PrinterLogic Portal. For more details, see Portal Security.
  5. Select Add.
